My Build A Body Program focuses on exactly that. I have created a training regime that reflects the periodisation and methods I use to build a body that is strong and healthy that looks and feels good too. I reflect my own training regime and nutritional guidelines that I personally use to get into shape for a show. I condense my 6 months of training and nutrition into 10 short weeks to give you results you are looking for as efficiently as possible.
